I’ve noticed that aswell, on top of that I have a feeling that random e-mails end up in spam, so its like one ends there and one doesnt’t. I always have to check my spam folder to see if I have a new mail that I need there.

Hi Dragan, that is odd. Have you tried running a test at http://www.mail-tester.com? That should help you diagnose the issue.

Hi Susan,

If you are only seeing the snail (and not a number), your email isn’t being delivered at all. In other words, you definitely have a sending problem :) Check out this guide: https://docs.mailpoet.com/article/16-my-newsletters-are-not-being-sent
