Hi Kiefer,

I was thinking the same thong as you

I was using a popup that appears after 30s
But I was missing 70% of my trafic
So I now use a popup which opens immédiately when you arrive on my blog, and I just doubled the number of subscribers…

I read that Google will penalise blogs which are using popups.
Is it true ?

Hi Pierre,

It is definitely a paradox! I generally recommend still using a popup, but an un-intrusive one. Have it come up after 30 or 60 seconds, not immediately.
